Sandro, man, I am so happy you have a place you love to work in, be in, filming in, teaching in, learning yourself in and clean it as well. It's not often you can see all the things and instruments on the place they should be, no chaos, garbage, etc - this means for me one thing only - the man who is taken his job place in such a condition, absolutely love it, proud of and love to come there!!! Great job Sandro, Great life. Best wishes from Sweden.

Hello and thank you for all your knowledge that you’re sharing with your viewers, I learned, and keep on learning a lot during my journey with this channel. As you said, Waxit is a great company that helps other businesses during the struggle. And it’s great to hear it, but unfortunately, I’ve had lo luck with effective communication. I wrote and got replied once, but unfortunately that’s all, i wrote second email today and surprisingly stumble upon your exact opinion about them. So I guess it’s a sign, and if this won’t work I lose nothing after all:) Could you please kindly ask them to reply on my request of buying their products, and hopefully becoming a local dealer(I’m from Kazakhstan) I guess they did not take seriously some guy from Kazakhstan:) all I need is help to arrange shipment. Hope you could help me out, man. Thank you again, your channel is true detailer’s handbook:)

I’ll try to ask them next time I see them, but I have nothing to do with their sales so it will be up to them to get back to, I’m sorry but it’s not my place to do anything more, but hopefully you’ll get a response. We are also currently in another state lockdown here so things are a little disruptive.

Love your shop man very inspiring! I have one critique, the fire extinguisher behind the door. I know the look and design of the shop is very important, however safety is always first. I think it should be in a more clear and accessible area, and not behind a doorway. I know there is a sign right on the door but I always think of the worst things that could happen.

Sandro, mate it very cheap and easy to install a outside water iron and mineral filter for the water, which then basically your almost using demineralised water to wash the cars and especially the Hi Pressure washer will last so much longer as well and reduce water spots by 90% as well and the only thing you need to do is replace the two side by side filters or better still buy them in bulk and then save even more, but worth it. The only way to get even cleaner water from a tap is if you have a water treatment plant using by osmosis, lol or a controlled hot water filtration system and use hot / warm water to wash the cars, but that would be too expensive really, but mate your the best IMO in australia when it comes to detailing and also reviews of various products on the market. cheers and keep up the great work Sandro. :)

I am amazed when you said you only wash 1-2 cars per week in they bay and usually only have 1 in the workshop at a time. That certainly seems low however I am sure it works for you and for the work your doing and the time each vehicle would need plus the training / testing etc that you do. Financially i am super curious as to how the revenue is split from training / clients cars / product testing / content creation but I know thats a private matter. I run my own mobile detailing business in Adelaide and I have the desire to get my own low volume, super high quality workshop just like your running. Dreams can come true!

Yeah ok i see big $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ just in pads alone. What a journey you have had. Funny how things can work out going from a small detailer to what you have today. But what I notice is similar to my handyman brother and also to a lesser extent myself as far as passion for doing a good job, good equipment and a passion in quality rather than quantity. You would LOVE my brother's shed as he designed and built it himself. Point i am making is if you do good work and are passionate you will grow and accumulate some impressive equipment like you have now. Seems WAXIT that i buy a lot of stuff from have recognised that passion for quality that is what I myself think is most important. When I do anything I been told I go ALL OUT and am fussy. How I was brought up. Great to see you have a similar concept of using great gear to do the best possible job. And that means great reputation that attracts people. And your KZfaq videos are what really drew me to what you do in detailing. I use you and a couple others as my GO TO or reference channel if I need to know an honest opinion related to detailing. I know from recording music and completeing a Cert II in Film/media production just how much time and effort goes into producing a presentable video or recording. Along with Pan in Canada, Apex detail and a couple others i follow, you really present every possible angle of detail. I also really like how well organised you are with your products and cabinets. So congrats on your journey to this point and thanks for your advice to my often long and maybe persistent questions. Yes, lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ invested in top quality polish, polishers, car bays and that Coffee Machine!!!! Thanks to you I too have moved on from Macguiers and discovered plus use many of the brands you have demonstrated in your videos. Certainly a big step up in quality and final results. Hopefully one day i might drive my Astra down to Melbourne just to have a coffee and chat .
