In my youth to now, she was one of my all time favorite golden era actresses. So beautiful, sexy, and alluring in her acting and dancing. Her personal life is not so wonderful, but she sure lets her spirit, beauty, and energy shines in her acting roles. Definitely one of the top goddesses of the golden era.

Rita is incomparable. Her fantastic & captivating talents & effortless moves & expressions not just in dance alone & her natural magical charms & amazing physical beauty including a perfect unstoppable body makes other beautiful actresses & even performers like Ann Margret look dull. I m a fan of gorgeous singer actress Lynda "Wonder Woman" Carter. But Carter who played Hayworth in a TV biography was a near disaster in the "Put the blame on Mame" nightclub dance scene. Hayworth is a dance genius & superb actress who could live out & flesh out her movie roles & scenes so easily she steals all the attention in every scene. Hayworth wasnt just unbelievable in Gilda scenes, she made jazz dancing look easy & natural in "Born to be Kissed" dance number. It does not matter how long the dance scene or type of music played. Rita has all the magical moves. The most gorgeous complete beauty of all time incomparable Rita deserves all the adulation & admiration.

tilly quarless I have seen that one, it is very good but Rita seemed tired in Fire Down Below. My favorite besides Gilda is Covet Girl, but I love Tonight and Every Night Too.
