You are the best life smart. you alone have made this happen. You have my respect and people are here as you are doing this without the Degrees, money from relatives and without a well paid job helping you to live abroad. You are the best of the British you didn't let the hardness of the UK take away your dreams. I love watching and researching my escape I cannot cope with the western news or governments and control. Another GREAT video ! It is wonderful to see how happy you are and exploring Hua Hin and the areas close by. After watching hundreds of hours of video from KZfaqrs it feels like Hua Hin has it all :) 10 min North, South, or West you can explore and there are always great things to see !

I really enjoy your channel, you are very respectful to everyone you meet and look to enjoy what you explore be it grand (beaches, views, parks) or not so much (bridge, barking dogs). Sometimes its the little things that stand out, a smile, a welcome, some fruit. I wouldnt say you are typical at all, just do it your own way, most viewers will see thst you are being true to your stlye.

The weather change seems to be hitting us all in the throat! But we really need the rain! Yeah most of us live just a pretty normal life here. I’ve never been to any of the bars here and I don’t even drink. Good restaurants, night markets and music venues are where we hang out. And now that my wife is pregnant with our first kid (I’m 64 and my wife of 13 years is 33) we just hang out at home lately and enjoy our pool! What beach is that? How far south? Beautiful! That bridge is crazy! Enjoy your day!

What percentage of British fishermen speak Thai? I guess your chances of bumping into a Thai fisherman who speaks English are very slightly higher than that. 👍+1 All good stuff though. 😀 As a retired language teacher my advice is to learn more phrases than "thank you". - Good morning - Can I look please? - Yes - No. Write down the ones you want and ask a Thai lady to translate them. Then learn the phrases like a parrot 🦜👍. If an older person wais you, wai them back. No need if it's a younger person. (Red rag that last comment 😊.) Great drone footage at the end 🎉.

Thanks for your input I do speak a little Thai but not on my channel. I have struggled all my life with reading and writing and I get as muddled with my spoken English ,at school I was in the slow learner class however I do not consider myself stupid far from it I use this channel to build up my confidence and I do my best to learn and make myself a better person as a former language teacher iam sure you can understand that not everyone has the ability to achieve at a higher educational level Thanks once again for your input have a fantastic day

@@rockettravels1977 Sounds like a great plan. Don't be afraid to "have a go" with your Thai. Mine's dodgy as well, but the way you're received EVERYWHERE is completely different if you try, I've found with my 4 fluent and 2 muddle-through tongues. Already subscribed. Thanks for replying 👍🙏. I taught adults English here in France for 17 years after retiring from the Middle East at 42 (Arabic and German at university). My wife and I met at a North East council estate comprehensive school so we know where you're coming from. You're getting top marks now, so bugger the past 👍. Wehey ! +1 🇨🇵🇪🇺 Beautiful day here so off for an early morning walk to the beach in the nude as the resort wakes up from the night before. I think for the most part, Tattoos are no longer the taboo that they were from the 50's to the late 70's. They are now a status symbol that reflects wealth to some extent. And to be honest, you seem to be the sweetest vlogger out there. You are authentic, kind, genuine, and smile from beginning to end. Don't let folks get you down. There are some absolutely dreadful Thai vloggers. Peace to you and the boss. Yeah never take that bridge again. 🙂
