The company that worked on these roads should be contracted to do more roads in Kampala. Better quality with proper pedestrian side walks .

I think Buziga and Munyonyo are better than Kololo

Buziga and Munyonyo have a better vibe but Kololo and Nakasero beat the former 2 in terms of value if you look at what they have, their security and other factors.

Kololo used to be but not anymore, there is no new developments like Buziga and munyonyo. In short it was left for old people with old money
