Judge Mathis is incorrect in his assessment of the defendant's evidence against the plaintiff as being solid proof of harassment by the plaintiff. This is my reasoning on this case. Around 2014 I believe, there was a real-life case where a man went to a police station several times to report harassment by his ex-girlfriend. He showed the police several emails he received claiming they were made by her and he believed she wanted him back. After many months of repeating this activity, an investigation proved he was sending them to himself while accusing his ex-girlfriend. By the time he was found to be lying he had already k*lled her.
