Much better Picture of Lasker as a Young Man ( Usually he is Portrayed as a Grey Haired "Alter Opa Zeyde" Puffin on a Big Stogie"). When I saw the Mr. Baird was playing Dr. Lasker (never saw this game before) I knew it would be a Massacre... Thanks Mr. Historical Chess Mr.Weitzmann Canada

I'm so glad that you have enjoyed this chess game, at this time Lasker was a young man in 1892 before he played the wcc match against than world champion Steinitz. Thanks for watching, take care.

@@historicalchessvideos8017 Yes poor Steinitz ended up Broke and passed away in New York. The Great Tournament New York 1924 was also Big Win for Lasker, all the "Greats were there of that Era. (Emanuel Lasker's cousin Ed Lasker somehow got in and they had a Draw (of course ?!) All the Best !

Hi, I check that out and we still have the same pin, with this time that open f file, thats even more dangerous for white this time. Black is still winning.
