Then horikoshi should stop with the fake out deaths and bs revivals it does more to annoy people then invoke his message if that's legitimately the case bakugo having his heart basically destroyed was a stupid idea and iron might practically spat in the face of all might not being able to do anything physically to help. All horikoshi is doing is making a war with zero stakes on the heroes side which to me makes the villains pathetic as they pose zero risk despite being seen as strong enough to destroy a city by themselves it also damages the stories saving message as deku was never affected by shigaraki and AFO seriously was he targeted sure but that's nothing to having his family and friends violently killed it feels hypocritical that he can rage out and lose all reason to kill shigaraki when his friends are hurt but not at the mere fact that shigaraki's actions resulted in the death of 1000s by this point.

First of all one piece does get heat for that hell I don't like one piece for that reason. Bakugo got pierced straight through him living was nonsense and the bs heart surgery even more so especially with him being up and running in like what 20 minutes canonically.Also bakugo had two almost deaths recently and before in the liberation war arc when deku first fought shigaraki and that's not including shit like nagant and Torino with them surviving shit which should have killed them. Iron might is stupid the technology being that advance to be almost on par with one of the strongest characters in the series was just nonsensical where was this level of tech earlier for the heroes before it was just something to help their quirks slightly but even a fraction of that suit would have made them insanely powerful. The whole point of his arc is that he can't fight let alone solo anymore why give him the iron man suit to do exactly that when that defeats the purpose of his arc let him serve on the back role trust the other heroes to pick up the slack and have them win through his support and advice if he knows all for one that well then have them use that same information against ALO to show that his believe that the old guard of heroes couldn't help him be proven wrong and he accepts his colleagues as being on his level. Deku saving shigaraki has zero weight to it saving the innocent and saving a mass murdering psychopath are two completely separate things and should always be treated as such "not all people are equal" with one clear thing that depicts someone's worth is their actions. Him going all out against shigaraki is him being willing to kill him he wasn't holding back he didn't care whether shigaraki died from his attacks just that he is beaten regardless of what it took he threw caution to the wind in regards to shigaraki living because it finally dawned on him that his friend could die he didn't act that way when any one else was killed just when his friends potentially was, that's hypocrisy as his morals were above other people's lives but not bakugo's and he was about to do it again as well both times bakugo was worth throwing away his saving believe and focus on beating shigaraki relentlessly with as much force as possible. It's not about wanting him to be emotionless it's about the principal of wanting to save a mass murderer then throwing that away when that murderer did something inconvenient for him it's easy for him to preach love and understanding just not when it's his friends in danger of being killed that's my problem as it doesn't make deku heroic it makes him naive.

This is a theory on my part but I think Shigaraki is planning something specifically on how to deal with Afo Shigaraki now he’ll have to deal with him eventually so I think he’s just waiting for the right moment to finish Afo of plus he knows about Dekus danger sense so he doesn’t want to waste too much power especially with Afo near although this is just a theory on my part

It's less about wanting bakugo to die and more wanting the story to have stakes on the heroes end while allowing deku to develop more the kid is ridiculously bland. Also fake out deaths in general are just stupid so horikoshi doing that so often with not just bakugo but other characters is definitely annoying by this point.

There is truly a consequence when All Might and Bakugo would've died, and that consequence is the lack of people that can do something about it. I mean, it is still in a pattern, where Edgeshot risk his life to save Bakugo from being dead, and All Might as the symbol of peace died in the arms of chaos which is ridiculous tbh. Somehow, I do predict that this is going to happen, since only Bakugo can save All Might while Deku is busy immobilizing Shigiraki. Man needs help, even Uraraka saves a villain, and was later saved by the villain, it would be nonsensical if a hero can't save their own heroes right? 😂

Deku and Bakugou are still going fighting AFO and tomura. You don't them enraged and All Might doesn't have to die to achieve that outcome. Also if the fight is fuelled by rage then thar not heroic. hero are about vengeance or anger. Heroes are about pretty much dedicated to Justice , being role models and upholding the law. Their mentor dying doesn't develop their character in anyway. They've seen death. it hurts and they know it happens in the line of work. it adds nothing.

I think AFO denying his attempt to go out with a literal bang was far more satisfying from his evil viewpoint in "defeating" All Might. The fact All Might lasted that long against him w/o any powers was enough to make AFO look weak... especially since All Might exploited AFO avoding direct fatal blows all so he could see All Might look of despair. NOW I think what would be more affective story wise is for Bakugou to RESCUE All might, have that be the most HE could do vs villian's at the level of AFO and Shigaraki, and exit the area to give Deku free reign to let loose: in the way Deku helped Bakugou flee the first fight so All Might would have free reign..

Which is why Bakugo is preventing AFO to slaughter All Might the way he wants to because he didn’t want him to have a dignified hero death. Thats true but katsuki intentionally keeps it as weak as a firecracker because hes a hero, not a murderer. Several chapters illustrate the kids having to maintain their powets carefully. Like Mina making sure she doesnt literally melt people-she adjusts the percentage of her acid as seen when she fights gigantomachia. Katsuki cant really practice in public or at home heck even his ap shot was a way to keep from hurting people too much. The license exam showed him holding back so denki and kiri werent harmed. Even his first faceoff with Deku is him remarking that if he aims right, it wont kill deku. Denki as well had an item made so his quirk doesnt hurt more than the intended target. 😅😅 Did you miss all that? Really?

Shipping war is going to happen because the english viewers have no effing clue about japanese culture and language. And theres a lot of homophobic denying their homophobia or straight up baku haters. Japanese culture is weird. No denying that. Some adults in japan consider minor bullying as okay and a sort of "correction" or "toughening up" thing. And while i dont like it, im not going to spend my days angrily bullying baku-lovers. The hypocrisy is astounding that the people who so vehemently bullying haters that they are too busy bullying anyone who has even the smallest inkling of appreciation for bakugou, to notice the bigger picture and intent of the story (some of which are so inherently japanese, you have to read an entire 100+ picture...looooong as hell report to even get a grasp at the other messages many characters represent-honne and tatamae thing for instance. Katsukis specific language usage...etc.). Also the shipping war is mostly western. In Japan, bakudeku holds supreme and their fandom loves it because bakugou fits every japanese lover trope you could think of over there. Including in how the shift in japanese language has hinted a very bakudeku nature. Their fans bought two stars for the bkdk ship which i find absolutely insane but hey Japan is weird that way. If you look up a lot of cultural cues, blogs, grammar and words for Japanese.. and read hori notes and twitter feeds, hes just as much a bakudeku fan himself. This past year has been pretty heavy on the hinting in japanese. Gets waaay lost in english because cultural intonations simply dont translate. I think its Horikoshis way of wanting the ship to sail but might not be able to be explicit about it in shueisha/shonen jump.

@@wake6000 Bakugou is injured and he wasn't used with his injuries of his Awakening + he only got broken fast because of deku, i Doubt his solo Speed will be able to dodge AFO without being asspull. Gearshift Bakugou okay. And i Doubt AFO would Just chase Bakugou like a rat, he has All Might and deku/Shigaraki to kill.
