I have to love your newaza . I was at one of your seminars in N.Carolina a few years back . We worked turn over for about 3 hr . Great stuff

Love the technique. I have been studying and training for the last few months to develop a reliable ground work sequence that blends with my tachi-waza. And I'm always looking for thoughtful techniques that solve multiple problems like rolling two ways. I vote for nae-waza week once a month. First week of the month :)

Back to the tatami yesterday after 6 month due to lockdown . I have tried a lot of tricks seen in your video ! As regards ne waza what about how to escape from different pin situtation ( i know you have already shoot a video on hon geza gatame and yoko shio gatame) but why not go deeper ? Best regards
