I listen to a whole bunch of lectures, get some editing done, cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner, do some shopping, go for a hike and a 10k run and do some online training sessions and even manage to sneak in an ice cream run 🍦Busy day! Hey guys 👋🏻 Finally got around to editing this * very * productive med school VLOG 👨🏻⚕️ I didn’t end up filming any more of my time in Dartford so I hope you enjoy this one 🤗 It was a solid 8 weeks where I made new friends and gained new experiences - all in all I’m happy I have peripheral clinical placements and I’m looking forward to the next one 🚜 I’m currently stuck in Jordan with no return flights to the UK but I should be back in time for uni 🏛 In the meantime I’m completing adventure after adventure - follow me on Instagram for regular updates 📱 Next vlog is my week in Jordan and it’s an absolute certified banger - stay tuned 🧨 Peace✌🏻

Hey Nasir, I pretty much never comment on KZfaq but I just wanted to say that your videos have helped me a lot lately. I recently had a bad mental breakdown due to severe depression and anxiety and was very unwell in the last two months, ended up missing a lot of school and having constant panic attacks (I am doing my studies in a language I've only been learning for a year as well lol so that also added to my stress). I am now getting back on track and your study with me/time management videos especially help me feel like my workload is manageable, even if it takes me longer to review classwork due to having to translate and reread so much to grasp the language. Everything else has fallen into place as well such as healthy eating, etc. and I haven't had a panic attack in two weeks. Thanks for the motivation and tips, it is greatly appreciated!! Hi Anna, other than regular stuff (your therapy probably, or any other routine), keep doing regular exercise (don't skip Cardio). It really really really helps. In three months you would feel a significant difference. I have experienced that. I felt bliss every moment and within months my default mood was happy and forgot worrying. I wish you the very best

@@partheshsoni1905 Hey Parthesh, thanks for your comment, that was really nice :) exercise is currently my #1 priority, I work out two hours a day and that has really helped to keep me feeling positive and healthy. I especially love doing cardio. Thanks for the tip!! I hope you have a lovely 2021 coming up!

Hi there year 13 aspiring med student here! I want to do med SO MUCH. But year 12 I got constant Bs and I only started getting A/A* in year 13. Now a levels aren't even happening I'm really worried I'll get low teacher assessed grades (too low for med).However, seeing you so far into medicine really boosts my enthusiasm and makes me want to persever and work harder to prove my teachers I am worthy of the grades I need. So thank you so much. Your subconsciously helping alot of people :)
