Best content I’ve watched in so long. Not because you’re upset , but because it’s real and relatable and you’re making me feel like I’m not crazy. You’re not showing life’s highlights all the time you’re showing reallll moods that take over and are so hard to shake sometimes. Your not depressed, if you were you wouldn’t be able to do all that and dress as beautifully and look as beautifully as you did. Offcourse there are levels of depressions, you may be on the mild side not super sure tho so don’t hold me to it. It’s more like lack of motivation or sadness which could circle back to depression :). Anyways I hope you find your self, always be happy and hopeful.

I’m severely depressed (shout-out brain chemistry & pmdd) and have been for much of my life so def get the whole waking up feeling weird sometimes thing. But I like that you briefly mentioned how this might be what it feels like to transition away from who you were when you’re becoming someone different, or moving into a new phase of life. I told the guy I’ve been seeing that I feel disconnected from the things I’ve been doing like such a…distinct lack of connection or emotion besides being sullen. I think in large part it’s because I’ve been reflecting on moments in my life where I’ve been so stupidly happy, but in the moment, I wasn’t actively trying to be happy. It just happened organically. And lately I feel like I’ve been trying to contrive that happiness and the universe knows! It’s just not that simple. Hope you feel less weird in the coming days. 💓

Hi Negeen. I know this isn’t your most recent video and you sound a bit happier/more content in your newer videos, but I just got around to watching this one. It was lovely seeing your mood change after spending time with friends. I know when I’m feeling low, every part of my brain is telling me to cancel my plans and be alone but it’s transformative if you push through and spend time with those you love. I’m sure you will continue to have up and down days as we all do, but I hope there are more joyous days than challenging ones 😊

First of all, your dad is the cutest thing ever. Second, so proud you did the damn thing and went on that walk. Third, cloudy head and heart- I felt that, I know exactly what you mean. It’s frustrating feeling stuck in weird moods like that. But I think you’re right, maybe it is just some kind of transition happening and it takes us longer to catch up with it. Lastly, you’re doing amazing and thanks for another great video!
