I wish I saw this video back in February when I renewed my apartment lease 😢. My rent for 1bed/1bath went from $1,847 to $1,939 for a 15 month lease ($92 more). I love my place and after one year of living here, I was not ready to move or had any desire to do so any time soon, so I just signed without negotiations 😣But I will need you to do a video of how to negotiate a higher pay for a job so when my one year anniversary comes up at my new job (been there 2 months now), I’d know how to go about it😆🫶🏽

I just turned 30 this May 2024, and have recently started my celibacy journey (for mental health reasons); and sometimes, the loneliness gets intense. But I genuinely love my own space and company, and I don't plan on changing my childfree and pet-free status. It's the simple things that make me happy: drinking coffee while binge-watching crime documentaries, reading, journaling, going out alone, painting, and UNINTERRUPTED SLEEP. 🤣 In all honesty, meeting friends and partying for at least once a week depletes my energy. Whenever I feel alone, I'll come back to this video to revive the joy I feel in my solutide. 🤎🤎🤎

I watched movie by myself, went to my first nightclub by myself, since I feel if i depend on them, I might also end up getting my program cancelled and now I'm gonna shift to my first 2 bhk flat that I rented to live by myself. Not sure of loneliness just feel like i dont wanna socialize any more. And im going to live alone since other then my fam, whoever i live with, I end up hating them. Im programmed to be alone it seems like 😂😂😂
