There are several ground-dwelling birds in Green Valley, AZ, but one of the most common is the Gambel's Quail. A precocial bird, meaning it's hatchlings, feed themselves instead of having the parents feeding them. In April 2024, I found this family only a few feet from my BBQ grill, where I cook brunch almost every day. This is kind of long for a chick film.
