I love the interface of my Applewatch with my iPhone and my Garmin Instict with my other Garmin devices and app. Struggling to justify the cost of a Coros and giving up my Applewatch as my day to day watch.

Good content, also people that do a lot of cardio , when at rest should see a lower number of beats per minute, this is called athletic heart syndrome which is good!!
