You have come a long way! You are now a confident speaker. Think about all of the PDs that you have given. The “then” Michelle wouldn’t have been able to do it. But the “now” Michelle…WOW!! Hi Michelle, I was so excited to see that you had posted a vlog (I keep re-watching your older ones)! I do have a question as well though: Are you happy doing what you are doing now? I would be really interested in a video about how you think and feel about your life now vs when you were classroom based. For example- Is there anything you miss? What are your favourite things about what you do now? What are your challenges? Also, will you ever come to the UK for a PD!? Thank you! Xx

Hey, Michelle! This was a fun vlog and very interesting to see how the conference went. Yay for the Office Ladies Pod on your flight! I have a lot to catch up on, so I have been listening to them at 2x speed. Then, I am watching the Super Fan episode on Peacock after I listen to the podcasts. Anyway, it sounds like your sessions were very successful and you rocked it! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I hope you have enjoyed getting back to your usual routine after traveling. It has been so fun to come along with you as you have transitioned from your days with “Knuckles” (former student) to where you are now! Congrats on all your successes! I sometimes wonder if that would be a transition I could make, but I’m taking care of my dad (93) while teaching first grade. I h already have two “jobs” that are more than full time!

Hey there, Michelle!🤗 How cool that you came to "The D"!😀 Tech in education is in full force here, and I'm glad that one of the best out there took part in presenting/teaching it at MACUL! So, what did you think of my hometown? Which pizzeria did you decide to try, I'm curious? Also, did you decide on our Detroit-style pizza option? Due to your schedule, it seemed as if you didn't have much time to take in too many sights we offer, but you and Billy will definitely have to come back (when our weather is warmer, of course)!😉 We have a Food Network celebrity-owned (Guy Fieri's Chicken Guy) restaurant coming to Metro-D this summer that I hear is going to be bomb! 😆 Have a fantastic weekend!🥰

If you do something with STEAM for young girls, I will definitely be evolved. My daughter's love STEAM. MY oldest wants to work for NASA. I would love more information on the green screen techniques.❤

My school for Learning Difference make us do presentation so much. That became second nature to it. I was not always enjoying do them. Over the years, with practice and feedback. At my school I am one of the bette representer. I feel good after I present well. I am glad the conference went well.

As a seasoned presenter at conferences I could relate to so much of this video! First of all, I am team unpack your suitcase as soon as you get there. I also like to go to the conference location ahead of time to scope things out, especially the bathrooms and the room I will be presenting in. I just need to make sure that the room setup works for my vision! I am so impressed with the fact that you were able to plan out your meals to stay within your macros. I have no self-control when it comes to trying out all the restaurants in a new city! That clicker is SO awesome. It looks almost exactly like the one I have, but chargeable and having the ability to click the mouse? Yes please! I will be ordering that today! I have a question about your suitcase. I have been thinking of getting one like that, but here is my concern. Do you have any issues with the weight limit for checked bags? How much does something like that weigh before you pack it? Is it much more than a standard suitcase? Thanks again for another great video. Your videos always brighten my day and motivate me to be productive. I can't wait for next week!

Aww, thank you so much for saying that! I love hearing that you're also team unpack... maybe it's a presenter thing, ha! But I'm with you on knowing the lay of the land before being able to relax. The clicker was fantastic and would be perfect for a smaller room for sure! As for the suitcase, I have actually found that it's lighter than my fabric ones I had in the past! The only time I've been over the limit was when Billy and I shared the largest suitcase and it was STUFFED! Even then, we were only 2 lbs over so we just moved one thing over to our carry on and we were good. I just checked the Amazon listing and here are the weights for each suitcase in the set: Small - 6.3 lbs Medium - 7.9 lbs Large - 10 lbs Thank you again for watching and commenting as always 🥰 You know I always look forward to reading it!

It's just the "Notes" app that comes standard on iPhones! It looks like a notepad with yellow at the top!
