Awesome work at the meet! The vlog was fun to watch! Happy 29th b-day! You are going to get stronger not only physically, but mentally as well! Your fitness vlogs during the Boston Marathon were inspirational for me during my Richmond and DC marathon journey (even though I am not running DC this year-will be next year!). On the deadlift, 1) open your feet a few inches, 2) don;t look down, hold your head up looking straight ahead, I've had many lifters injure their lower backs by not lifting more with their legs and less of their back. Hope that makes since.

I'm going to take lifting advice from my coach who is certified and has experience powerlifting instead of a random stranger on the internet but thanks 😂 If you have a video of you lifting 3.1 times your body weight with perfect form, please send it my way!

@@Hexbyte965 I'm not upset... but I don't need advice or "pointers" from a stranger when I have a coach (especially when those pointers aren't helpful or even accurate for my leverages... opening my feet a few inches isn't possible for my conventional stance). Females are CONSTANTLY given lifting or general fitness "advice" from males who automatically assume they know more and it's condescending.
