Been on lots of camps cried a bit but been doing what you said I should do and slowing down and relaxing a bit. It’s really helped.

As a retired gymnast and professional dancer who’s always been living a fast life, I am finally learning how to slow down at age 39 going 40. Don’t burn out early & spend good time with loved ones! You look great :) keep up the good work, enjoy every moment in life!!!

Looks like a magical holiday! Rest and relaxation is so important for the body to regroup! Being young, your body bounces back faster. But being mindful now will save your body as you get older! Thank you for sharing!

I’m the same as you with resting especially after my GCSEs working all the time and then suddenly it ending I didn’t know what to do with myself. You need to find a hobby to focus on of a project in redecorating xx

do you have any advice for someone wanting to start ballet seriously but they're at apprentice age (instead of starting as a kid/early teen)? would love any encouragement and words of wisdom!

I would try and get involved with your local dance school and perhaps attend some summer and Easter intensives if you can! 😄

Toothache is actually a reported Covid or post-Covid symptom, as are stomach issues. I'm not saying for sure that's what it is, but I know you had Covid recently so...could be why you have toothache?? Great video. Looks nice there. I love UK holidays.
