I'm 81. Close to death. I've had an adventurous life. And of all the things in the past that I miss is my childhood in 1950's southern Alabama hunting, camping and hanging out with Johnny and Johnny and Jim and Sonny. I'm the only one left.

Or, so that he can massacre entire Jewish tribes before auctioning off their women as concubines, like he did with Saffiyya?? Reminds me of our last beloved Prophet of GOD: Muhammad s.a.w.s. didn't leave much materialy to his family and friends, but trained them to have the most beautiful, strong humble, kind, healthy mindsets. May ALLAH(GOD) bless us to be successful spiritually/mentally/emotionally/internally/physically/financially/socially.

@MythicDad That's why we should strive for both, but never sell our souls for it because the afterlife is more important than this life. Afterlife is eternity. Money is worthless if it means losing morals/heart/soul. Just like that quote what good does it do a man if he gains the whole world, but loses his soul.

I started a business 4 years ago and I’ve realized it’s me who put myself in marriage counseling. It’s me who chose to work on an anniversary. It’s me who is always with my precious precious 5 years old boy but never present. It’s me who chose to miss my son’s 2nd birthday. It’s me who chose to miss holidays, vacations, and birthdays. It’s me who was late for dinner every night with an angry and frustrated wife. However by the grace of God I am Turning it around. For the last 6-7 months I’ve been trying y’all. I needed this video. I’m living. I’m trying to be present. I’m playing with my boy like never before. I’m talking to my wife more and engaging more. Im with family more. I’m trying to connect to god more. I’m still running by business but not letting it run me. I’m living again 🙏❤️

Happy to hear! You had a real good realization. God gave us free will. And it's easy for us to put the blame on business, other people or the devil. But they are NEVER at fault. You can't blame temptation since you're the one falling for it. And now you CHOSE to be with your family more. Very important to point that out. Keep it going :)

I wish I could play football one more time. I met my wife in six grade . I still see that little girl when I look at her. She's not doing well now but now the real LOVE starts when she needs me most. No, this is by the Dalai Lama. The actual quote goes like this: "Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he lives neither in the present nor the future. He lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

I see there are lot of people are depressed out there, but here is a secret I'm about to tell you by the permission of Allah the Most Merciful, and please read carefuly and take this deep inside the mind. Paradise is exist, and hellfire is also exist. When we died, The Only One God, Allah, will resurrect us back to life altogether in the day of resurrection. And if they die as believer, they will enter paradise, but if they rejected, they will enter the hellfire (of course after the truth came them). Of course we have to believe that there is only One God, and He is Allah, and Allah is not a male or female, no one is same to Him. And we have to worship Allah ONLY without associating Him in worship, we have to believe that there are Angels, we have to believe to the previous prophet were sent, we have to believe with the previous holy scriptures that Allah has sent, we believe with the destiny and fate.
@turmeguereu1515 ай бұрын
I'm no forcing anybody into a religion, but in order to enter paradise of Allah, we have to become Muslim, by saying with conviction the Shahada (declaration of faith): “Laa ilaaha illa Allah, Muhammadur rasoolu Allah,” ... This saying means “There is no true god but Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger (Prophet) of God”. That means, there is no worthy of worship except Allah, that means you can only worship Allah your Only One Creator, and those other things that worshipped other than Allah, are false gods. And then, you do the prayer (Shalat) 5 times a day (obligatory), pay the Zakat, do the Fasting of month Ramadan (one month every year), and do the pilgrimage (Hajj) for once in life. All of these acts of prayers must be intended in our heart ONLY for the sake of Allah, intending His Majesty Face, His pleasure, His mercy, and we are also willing His rewards to us. Then you're Muslim, and that, by the permission of Allah, you can enter paradise by His mercy. So, this is why Allah The Creator created us, we are created to worship our Only One Creator, Allah. Allah The Almighty said : I did not create jinn and humans except to worship Me. (al-Qur`an chapter adh-Dhāriyāt verse 56)
@turmeguereu1515 ай бұрын
So, we actually no needed to be sad in this life, because this life is temporary, and we will be brought to life again for the second time in the day of judgement. Those corruptors, oppressors, thieves, idolators, disbelievers, associators (mushriks) and wrong-doers will be judged, also the believers and the disbelievers will be judged, and God will not do a single small-sized atom-shaped type of unjust to His creatures ever, and Allah will never misjudge His creatures. The bad will be punished because they were bad, also the good (believers) will be rewarded because they did good in the past life, and for the good people, Allah will add more reward to them. But the bad people, if they did ONE bad thing, their bad deed be written as ONE sin, because Allah is the Just. So, Allah The Almighty created us, not just for fun, but to worship Allah Only. It is not the same, the one who can see, and the other one who is blind. It is not the same, the one who can hear, and the other one who is deaf. It is not the same, someone who knows a lot of knowledge and someone who's not. It is not the same between the dark and the light. It is not the same, the good-doers and the wrong-doers isn't it? It is not the same, those who have believed and those who have not believed. It is not the same, those who worshipped Allah days and night, and those who were not worshipping Allah for the rest of their life, it, is, not, the, same...
@turmeguereu1515 ай бұрын
So again, mind this carefully. I want to make all of these things easier to be understood, the point is, paradise will be entered only by the Muslims and the believers. They will eternally live in that paradise, without getting kicked out from that paradise. The rivers of milk, rivers of honey, rivers of wine that does not intoxicate, the palaces, the maidens, the wives, and unlimited fruits, and many joy things in paradise. This is the religion of Islam, with the last Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him), he is the last Prophet was sent to us. Be the witness, that I have told and informed you about Islam ☝🏼 now it is the time for you guys to seek the truth, ask for guidance to Allah, if you're sincerely honest with yourself. Life is very very short and temporary, don't let the satans fool us, indeed, they are the real enemies to us, they wantes us to enter the hellfire by following our stupid, evil, temporary and misleading desires.

My mom was diagnosed with cancer two months after losing her only daughter. I came across a saying 'fighting to live, while living to die.'. Life is short and time is precious. If anyone reads this please stop and take a second or even a minute to look at the sky, smell a flower or two. It's the simple things in life that makes it so great. Despite the losses in life there are equal amount to gain. Live we may Die we must Live a grateful life despite your situation. Once there is breathe in the body, there's is a chance for a change. Appreciate the smallest things in life, because it only take a second to lose life.

That's so deep...hes so right. Most of us do not live in the present and are fixated on the future when all we need is just to relax and be happy we are alive. I understand life is very hard though, I think most of us are psychologically doomed, messed up..and these smartphones, social media is not helping us at all...we are being wired, led into things we do not even need. All we need is family, good understanding friends and a good caring partner, perhaps make a baby if it's possible. I ll say this though, do not cheat on someone that loves you alot and that is there for you, you are a fool if you do. Having one person in your life that truly loves you, you are blessed and to think of the things you can accomplish together are endless and by that I don't only mean materialistic things but also spiritually.

And Muslims listen to Jesus Peace Be upon him too. Jesus peace be upon him,said to worship God, 1 true God, Who is neither man nor woman, not human nor anything like his creation, rather the creator of all, all knowing and wise, he was neither born to anyone nor begets offspring.

Philosophy is wonderfull but with time i feel that life is just a circle, if you relive your past all the time you wont be able to enjoy present but at the same time if you chase the future you forget the present, Therefore no matter where you are in life or what you own dosent matter. A rich man is a man that have a family and knows how to enjoy each moment with the one they love because time passes so quickly. There is no goal in life but to find happiness and enjoy the trip
