Thanks for joining me on my escapes. Here's to many more escapes in 2024. And here's to holding onto our God given freedom!!!

Ah thank you for watching mate. So glad to put a smile on someone's face. I've got a nasty cold ATM and so I'm watching KZfaq videos too. Try Xander Budnick. ..I think you'll like his stuff. Also, oncologists rarely tell people, but cut out all sugars from your diet, even carbs like pasta, bread, chips, crisps. A low carb diet has been proven to help reduce tumors etc. Look at low carb diet for cancer on KZfaq. I have heard that a long fast 14-21 days) can shrink a tumor and then do the carnivore diet. Sorry hope I'm not overstepping, but just trying to help. There is a fantastic website called Webster Kher that has a huge amount of resources for cancer cures etc. Good luck Mark. 🙏
