When I was on Raise I kept going towards helvellyn for maybe 300 yards, sharp left and came down towards Green side mine/ hellvellyn YHA. The path overlooks the beck and I could see a fall, so I went off piste and precariously clambered down to the fall which had a deep pool.... lovely. Sometimes it just pays to explore.

@davesgreatescapes2 ай бұрын
Absolutely. Although breathing is fast at first, if you stay in and still your breathing slows and your heart rate falls and you relax. But it's the best when you get out your vibes rise. It's not for everyone but I love it.

I didn't camp at Glen Etive and instead drove a few miles to that peninsula on loch Linnhe because the ticks at Glen Etive were rife. Picked off 4 in 10 minutes. Midges werent too bad at all tbh. But they're always less on a saltwater loch I find, hence why I camped there

Many of my viewers tune in to escape the stresses of life and enjoy nature with me. The sights and sounds of the outdoors transport us to another realm and help us switch off. But I'm aware not everyone can take time out often, visit the places I do because of work or family or their physical limitations perhaps. I really think the world is changing and we are heading for a Great Awakening where we all step away from the stress, the fear, the constant propaganda on TV and all the pressure. I'd like to do my bit to alleviate that stress and help people ascend to a higher frequency, a higher state of consciousness if you like! However, you want to use these CHILL TIME videos, whether to meditate, to relax, to calm down, to fall asleep too....Thanks for being here. ENJOY! x

Thanks. I tried them and they would be handy downhill maybe 10 % of the time. But otherwise I found them a nuisance. I left them at styles too lol. I just couldn't get used to carrying them, plus I have to use my cameras and it gets kinda busy juggling poles and cameras. I might try again at some point, but it would be a matter of time before I list them en route lol. Same reason I don't wear glasses 🤓

From Hartsop carpark about 1.5 miles uphill. It's not too steep and there's two routes....to the right of the beck is a track which is a bit quicker, or to the left which is how I go, you'll see all the falls up to Hayswater. Taking your time it's less than an hour and you can't get lost. Takes only half an hour down in the morning
