It has two other scenes. In one, it asks the kids to draw it some food, and they explain that they only work on commission and can't do any free art requests. In the second, the first drawing is going off to fight Mist, and Calobi says, basically, "You shouldn't fight Mist, but if you do fight Mist, especially don't take the beatboxing puppy". He's very specific about that. The first drawing takes the Beatboxing puppy anyway and they get knocked out of the sky by a giant evil whale.

I can’t believe you forgot the extremely important piece of lore (found in the description) mentioning that the beatboxing puppy is her sidekick. That kind of makes it more confusing though, because (unless Kurtis didn’t show it) the puppy never shows up again despite apparently being important enough to be in the synopsis. Edit: grammar

One thing I’m absolutely hating about this movie is that everyone has the same talk cycle. Like when they talk, they make the same movements. So they just LOOK monotone every time the characters speak.

as someone who is interested in animation i do want to give the creator some props for animating an entire movie with two people. most animation teams have at least 50. and while this movie was...questionably written, i don't want to discourage independent artists. that being said, i don't think throwing 5 plot premises on the wall and hoping one makes sense is the way to go about it

They had "ohio" meme references, talked about AI, a subject that has only been in the public consciousness for a couple years if anything. I don’t like to cry “ai writing” but as someone who likes to use ai writing for fun, this movie has ALL THE SIGNS 1. Repeating segments of the story 2. Characters contradicting conflicts that have just occurred 3. Kind of following the rules established but actually not at all 4. Characters appearing and disappearing 5. Beatboxing puppy I don’t think its totally ai generated, but… there are signs that the creator at least used some ai writing. That or he really did choose to repeat the intro 4 times.

He is actually in it for a few scenes but his debut is the only important part, the channel mascot is more of a sidekick tbh. I love that I know this but I can't remember advanced trig anymore

@@amberwingtundrawing776 the channel mascot is almost the main character of the movie for a while. you can't really make a movie where you make a self insert and make it the main character, or a sidekick to the main character, because that's a fanfic.
