Digitized from a 1988 recording but this could have been made anytime in the 1980s. Would love to know who did the animation for this one.

I've been looking for this for years, and the only thing I remembered about it was being an animated film done roughly in the School House Rock style, and the characters singing "buckle up your seatbelt" in this tune that I distinctly remembered. I saw this back when I was in 2nd grade, and they were showing films like this in the auditorium on a 16mm film projector during an assembly. This was around 1984.
