SubhanAllah, I feel like u are talking to me directly. I started 11/2 years ago and I have only 12 credits. I have introduced others who have also introduce others to IOU. But the thing with me is that I'm a full time wife, full time mother of 3 children, and I work outside the home full time. The whole program is not bad at all but it is not easy when you don't have any help. But I'm still hanging there doing it part time and my grades are good. I WILL NEVER GIVE UP and I will take more classes next semester inshallah. I hope the same goes to my fellow students. Jazakhum Allahu khairan ya Sheikh.

Alhamdulilah this reminder is so important, I will try to make the best use of it. I used to do more in terms of learning Islam but my iman fell and I am trying to build it up again. Thank you may Allah reward you inshallah!

I am also student of IOU and I am so grateful to Allaah that He guide us as a family .(My husband also studies in IOU) We all have our ups and downs and this lecture really keep us motivated Alhamdulillaah.... I am full time mother for my 4 kids, wife,home-school my children.... My message is as Dr. Bilal Philips says "Never Give Up" .You will be tasting the sweetness of paradise even in this life :)

Selam Dr.Bilal ....this video of yours is from many years ago,BUT I WANTED TO SAY THAT DURING THE COVID 19 EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED EVEN THE SCHOOLS AND I ATTENDED HERE IN USA A SCHOOL ONLINE ,BUT THE GREAT THING ABOUT THAT SCHOOL WAS THAT THEY DID NOT RELEASE THE UPCOMING LECTURES TO US TILL WE DID THE FIRST SET OF LECTURES AND GAVE A TEST ON THEM AND PASSED THE TEST ON THAT SET OF LECTURES... THEN THE SCHOOL WOULD RELEASE THE NEXT SET OF LECTURES AND SO ON AND ON TILL WE FINISHED..I THINK INSHALLAH YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE THE SAME THING WITH YOUR UNIVERSITY,OTHERWISE WE HOPE YOU DO SO..THAT IS TO PREVENT THE OVERLOAD AND THE CLUTTERING OF THE LECTURES..

Does one have to be Muslim to be an IOU student?
