Ingredients
1bowl homemade chhena/paneer
1 large mango cut into small pieces
5 tbsp sugar powder
1 tsp cornflower
1 tbsp pistachio
Process
mash paneer/chhena for 8-10 min
mash very well until it soft n smooth
add 3 tbsp sugar powder and mix it well
it is soft n smooth
cook in low flame for 5-6 min
keep stirring
make a smooth n non-sticky dough
Keep it aside
make a smooth paste of mango in mixer
cook pulp in low flame until it becomes thick
add 2 tbsp sugar powder
keep stirring
add 1 tspn cornflower and mix it well
it becomes thik and changes color
add hlf of chhena prepared earlier
mix both very well
keep stirring & cook for 4-5 min
almost done
let it cool for 10 min
take 1 kitchen plastic
spread yellow dough on the plastic
cover it with another plastic
flatern the yellow dough with the help of roll pin
now make a roll like cylinder from the remaining half of paneer/chhena
place it like this
now hold plastic and roll it carefully... its very soft
now keep the roll for 1 -2 hr in refrigerator for set
after 2 hr will remove plastic and cut into pieces
it can be stored for 7-8 days
