WOW Omelette's is a popular street food place in Hyderabad serving the most unique and super fluffy omelet. The making of this omelet is very interesting and satisfying to watch. First, they whip the eggs till it gets foamy or bubbly, then they fry it on pan with butter on low heat. Then they flip it very carefully to cook the other site, the final result is a super fluffy omelet.

Что же здесь такого гениального? Всё очень легко и просто! Четыре яйца, щепотка соли, сбить около пяти минут. На раскалённую растительным маслом сковородку налить яичную смесь ,добавить вниз сливочного масла и перевернуть. Всё, омлет готов! Приправы по вкусу.

I eat eggs everyday. 4 actually. All at once. And I fry them on normal pan with 1 and 1/2 bottle-cap of oil. It doesn't stick.

Admire his way of cooking. Have not seen any street vendor cooking with such elegance and hygiene in long time. Wish him good luck. Will suggest him to add 1 teaspoon of cornflour in his blend to retain it's fluffy-ness after cooking. Also a non stick pan will let him cook with less greasing. He will save a lot on butter (or anything he is using as butter). Regards 💐
