They let that go a long time ago. They used it for plot because these new producers have the creativity of a gnat. there was no reason to bring it up when Robert is actually being noble.

Maybe they are trying to save him but Paddy particularly could be a little more sympathetic. He has been around for so much of what Aaron has been through, he has seen him at his lowest and seen how much Robert has done for him and built him back up again. He knows how much he loves Robert, no allowance has been made for that at all - he is just painting him as a completely evil person who Aaron should get rid of

@@emmasaunders5821 Yeah. I think Paddy is just desperate to save Aaron. Also, Robert did almost kill him twice and threaten his family, so I don't blame him for holding a grudge. He put aside that grudge for Aaron's sake. He could be more sympathetic to how shattered Aaron must be feeling.

@@gmoo84 there are people in life who you just click with and who you are a better person because of. They have found theirs, Aaron has been so damaged and Robert was the one who basically built him back up - he feels stronger with Robert with him

Lmao some of you Robert stans crack me up. Robert came close to killing Paddy *twice* (shot him and buried him in that grain pit) and threatened to hurt baby Leo if Paddy told anyone. Paddy also watched Robert abuse Aaron for a long ass time before they became a legit couple. Paddy doesn't owe Robert forgiveness, but he has decided to put Robert's transgressions against him to the side because he sees how much Aaron and Robert love each other. But right now, Paddy and Liv are only ones being logical - they're trying to keep Aaron out of freaking prison himself. It's crazy that people are acting like Paddy is wrong for not wanting Aaron to be locked up as well.

lexi219 I get what he’s trying to do but he could have done it better instead of bringing up every past mistake... that’s a bit hypocritical considering paddy’s a cheat he’s hit someone chas has done bad shit aswell but nobody throws their past in their face all the time... paddy has inserted himself in their relationship for years, yet was upset when Aaron did the same when he was cheating. And whatever paddy says I believe he did hand himself in because he loves Aaron, if he was as selfish as paddy says he would have taken Aaron away from all his family

Well, if we're being honest, Aaron and the entire Dingle clan are guilty of the same thing and truth be told, they've collectively done far worse than Robert.

She's just concerned for her brother. She knows what it's like to feel alone and abandoned and she doesn't wanna feel that again. She's so sick of her brother making stupid mistakes. She feels like he doesn't care about her but only about Robert. She feels like he's not thinking about her at all. She also knows what it was like for him last time in prison and she doesn't want him to go through that again.
