LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body. A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."

If you want to know the manipulative power of the media, ask yourself how much your view of Aaron Rodgers has changed from when 90% of it was formed by media descriptions of him, until now, where he's talking more, and 90% of it can be formed by listening to him directly. He strikes me as a thoughtful, reasonable, contemplative guy. To meathead reporters, since that involves more nuance than a dumb jock "talking in meathead" back to them, they call Aaron "smug" and "aloof". Nah man he's just a smart thoughtful guy that is put off by dumb unthoughtful questions.

this is the man the MSM and reddit says is a huge asshole and bad person. seems like the most level headed kind and loving human you could hope to interact with. is he a bit arrogant on the field, sure, but he's amazingly talented and its ok to be competitive. people villify this man because they don't want the masses to know the truth.

I have done DMT which is super similar to ayahuasca, and it is NOT for the faint of heart. To say the least it TERRIFIED me but ultimately I think made me more of a loving, caring, thoughtful person. Love really is all that matters, if that’s there the rest follows. Aaron is so smart and strong minded I’m sure he knew what he was getting into.

Although ayahuasca contains dmt I don't think it's fair to say the experience is super similar. I'd say they are quite different. Ayahuasca is 2 plants. The healing guide in the ayahuasca is in part of mix that does not contain dmt. The dmt just opens u up and allows "mother ayahuasca" do really do her magic.
