There are universal game theories sure, but It's not standard. It's literally one of the biggest parts of being a QB, and what separates the good from the best.

It does kind of seem like the league has something against the Packers. The Pack has a huge national fan base so it seems their playoff and Super Bowl appearances would be among the highest ratted.
