Amumu, if you're watching this, the reason why you missed your Q was terrain elevation between the river and the jungle - you cast it over the wall and to this day I don't have a good math on how to predict it properly, but yea, it's terrain elevation.

I believe you have to aim “towards” the elevation the target is on. So if your on land and the target is in the river you have to aim lower than normal because they’re “below” you. And if you’re in river with the target on land then you have to aim a bit higher cause they’re “above” you. Could be wrong but that’s how I understand it and it seems to work for me

terrain elevation is purely visual, so the character appears lower than they actually are. IE aim at the head if they are in river and you are not. Similarly if you are in river, then you are higher than you appear, so your ability might be moving at a different angle to the target than you expect if it is out of river.

for those who r wondering, Aatrox isn't a champ until lvl 4, cuz of no dmg on his Q. Also his Q1 is the same range as his W, so when u hit Q1 u usually follow up with W, having almost a guaranteed hit. Anyways, I hope this helps someone :b

To add on, that’s when you use your Q2, to stop them from leaving your W. That’s usually the time to use your E to guarantee positioning. That allows for the pullback into Q3. If you are good with Aatrox and they have no mobility spells, there’s not much they can do.

A really great way to supplement Aatrox early damage it to weave in autos between your Q's like you're playing Riven! And for anyone who doesn't know the basic Aatrox combo it's Q1 (guarantees the W), W, Q2 (use E to help land the Q2), and then Q3 while they're being pulled in (timing may vary a bit if the enemy ran the long way) to guarantee the Q3. Also the Attack speed rune feels really nice for helping you weave autos in-between your Q's!

Nah. Aatrox is AA is too slow and not worth it. Only AA you should do is when your passive is up. Also good luck these days with that W. Too many fkin champs with insane mobility who either dash or walk out of W. Let alone hitting that Q2 amidst all of it. But yeah. That combo is how it should be

Yeah there are a bunch of stupidly mobile champs now but you can make things alot easier with Propper positioning when you use W to either make the enemy run in a direction that doesn't get them away from you or limits their choices making it easier to follow up.

1. Aatrox w is a coinflip, sometimes it pulls, sometimes it doesnt 2. aatrox has his first powerspike at level 4 with 2 points in Q and second spike at level 9 where his Q's ad ratio and base damage is maxed; all in at level 4 works well 3. Conquerur sucks in lane so if you want an early all in power, electrocute can do some shenanigans
