When the AB King Pro was introduced in my country my wife had bought one for herself with a VHS video included. I took the video and converted it to a DVD movie.

Assembly is definitely tricky kzfaq.infoUgkx1N3gatJfHIxCsI2TbcOH1-k8v-EDJ40N but as long as you GO IN ORDER of the steps the booklet has, it’s all good. It took us about 30 minutes to assemble. Although it did come with a defect-the bottom 2 sticks which is suppose to be only for extra support to hold the whole thing together was not able to be put on. They didn’t make holes for it. So there was no way to screw them on. We decided we didn’t need them. So far so good. Everything else we screwed on tightly. We only use it for the basic stuff. We didn’t want to go through all the hassle during Christmas for returns lol. Other than that, we’ve used it many times now, and we get great workouts out of it!

А теперь правда: ДРЯНЬ ПОЛНЕЙШАЯ, а не тренажёр. Никаких кубиков, вы на нём не накачаете. Все положительные отзывы - фикция для увеличения продаж. На спину (в области поясницы) даёт нагрузку страшную. Подросток это может не сразу почувствует, а взрослый выбросит эту туфту уже на следующий день. Иначе грыжа позвоночника вам гарантирована. Я сегодня сарай разбирал. Решил продать это говно. Но, как оказалось, доски объявлений этим тренажёром уже забиты. Аж за 1000 рублей продают люди. Вот она реальность. Он ни кому не нужен. Гантели дороже продают. И вообще, если у вас есть живот, вам ни какой тренажёр для пресса не поможет. Нужно на скакалке прыгать, или грушу боксёрскую колотить.
