Hi Lucyy,please consider a slim butt and hip vids for your next workout. I understand most people like a peach butt shape and curvy hips but I'm sure there are some who like it slim..slim body inch loss maybe 10 mins..also what kind of exercises that make us lose the pounds and gain muscles? Thx

@@TM-pc7dj try her black dress workouts, or loose one size work out. Those make your full body work and loose inches pretty fast. I use them when I get off the wagon

Thank you Lucy for another 5 minute localized workout. It helps a lot when we have less time and to organize longer routines acording to the different body areas we need or want to work out every time. Your are the only online trainer i trust to exercise at home alone and thanks to you I started exercising almost averyday during the pandemic ands still going on. Thank you A LOT! 💖👏👏👏

Hi Lucy. Your videos changed my life for better. I've been following your workouts for a year now. My core is super strong compare to where have I been. I'm in second trimester now - could I do this 5min workout as I really love it...being in a bit lasy stage now so 5min is looking just perfect!!! Been following your workouts since I was in college🥺♥️it really helped me back then. Unfortunately, when covid came and when I started doing my homebqsed job I stopped working out and got busy to the point I gained 20kilos! Good morning Lucy, another fab 5mins work out! I did this after the 5mins cardio which for me personally is my favourite. I have such a hectic day with work and school run, the 5mins cardio gets my day started!. I'll do your longer workouts on Sunday. Again thank you for all that you do 🙏😁

Hi Lucy just found your channel and I'm loving it I'm recently recovering from cellulitis and covid and I was finding over you tubers work outs a struggle because most were half anhour long I love your bitesize 5 min approach and hopefully when I'm stronger I'll be able to complete your longer workouts than you x

Lucy I am so thankful for all the 5 minutes workouts. I try to do them every 1 hour since I seat in front of a computer all day for work. It really keeps me active. Any suggestions for a 5 minutes workout while seating at the office. Just in case there is no time to get away . Thank you so much.

Hi Lucy, I love all of your 5 mins workouts and have divided them in half to do one set on even calendar days and the other set on odd. One 5 mins work out that would be nice to see would be a 5 mins back fat workout. Thank you for all that you do.

Hi Lucy. Love the videos and they do work. The Dr told me I had bursitis and now your kicking legs and knee raises, walking are all not good for bursitis. Do you have a weight loss program for people who have hip bursitis?

What about trying my seated 🪑 workouts - these are still good cardio and you can focus on getting your heart rate up and just using middle and upper body 💕💃🧚🏻‍♀️💋💋

This is why I suggest you mute the video and play your own music ✔️ as a qualified trainer I create the videos just like I would teaching a face to face class. Instructions of correct technique is so important for me as I want everyone to get the best results from the workouts 💕💃🧚🏻‍♀️💋💋
