Find myself returning to your channel for my workout again and again. Since I moved into a tiny apartment with limited space for exercising, I still feel I get a good, healthy workout. I may be 80-years-old, but I know the importance of keeping active. The kitty supervisor was a bonus!

A new favorite! It's the best of both worlds: walk + tone. I aim to do 2 per day 3 times per week. And many thanks for the timer bar + countdown clock! 180 calories + 1,399 steps. 🙂

Hi there Lucy I did this work out after your 10mins High or Low work out. I think for the walking exercise I did around 2400 steps. Though I did a light jog as opposed to fast walking. A great work out for when i have that bit more time . Back to work tomorrow:( so will keep to your shorter workouts which I love. Thank you so much for all that you do ❤

While these walking workouts are doable and seem to go quickly, I felt the benefits that exercise brings - blood circulating, synovial fluid moving in the joints, and a feeling of accomplishment. Thanks again, Lucy!

1427 step 124 bmp ❤ 14.34pm 14.50pm.110km 120kcal. Avg 12.08 km pace . Thank you for sharing this with me I have seen a result of ready a couple of things down on the scales now 11/30. Your something like that this is only my 3rd day off this work out today enjoy this soo much more thank 🙏 you 😊 again need to do this very day so I'm back now I'm going to as much as I can do it's really helpful 😊 to me. 15.4.23.I appreciate 🙏 u.😊😮

Another great workout! I love your workouts. I enjoy your coaching as opposed to other KZfaqrs who just play the same music for every workout. I have two requests for you lol. Could you do a pilates series on the mat? And another series of walking workouts where you do like 10 minutes of walking and 5 minutes of toning, or 12 minutes of walking and 3 minutes of toning? Thanks for making such great content, Lucy.

Love these suggestions and yes I will add them to my list of content I create :)) I want to teach just like I would if I was training a client at home, and many of the workout channels believe it or not are unqualified so this is why many just play music. Each to their own, and as I always say once you are familiar with the workout and how to do it safely, you can then turn down the volume and play your own music. Have a great weekend. Lucy 💕

We all burn calories at a different rate which is due to so many factors but I would say as the moves are very dynamic we world burn approximately 200 to 300 calories. Lucy 💕
