यहां के owner बहुत genuine person लग रहे हैं। सारी प्रक्रिया देखने के बाद शुद्धता की शांति मन में आती है। बस एक चीज थोड़ी सी अखर रही है कि ये प्लास्टिक छलनियों का इस्तेमाल गरम घी में कर रहे हैं जो सेहत के लिए हानिकारक है।

Namaste. My dad worked in a dairy.Farmers delivered milk.Then dad separated the cream churned it .butter was made.and sold.Some of butter he started cooking ghee. 1st .time ghee was cooked in that dairy. We ate a lot of dahi , dood, butter and taza ghee in roti and also gave to visitors..maza atha hai khana bhi swadist. Love from South Africa.

Agar pure desi ghi hoga to agar frij me 12 hrs rakh diya jaye to wo esa Jam jayega Ki chamach se bhi khurach khurach ke nikalana padega Sabse pehle ye hi test karna chahiye Uske baad potato mixing ke liye iodine test karna chahiye isse blue colour aa jayega agar impure ghee hai to Impure ghee kabhi bhi hard nahi hota hai Than other test karna chahiye

सीताराम भैया बहुत शानदार वीडियो बहुत शानदार व्यापार देश के हित में व्यापार हो रहा है पैसा तो ले रहे हैं लेकिन ईमानदारी का काम कर रहे हैं । जो चिराग लेकर ढूंढेंगे तब भी नहीं मिलेगा क्योंकि मार्केट में केवल बेमानी हो। इंदौर शहर की स्थिति बहुत खराब है देसी गाय के घी को लेकर क्योंकि सब बहुत ज्यादा रुपया मांगते हैं।
