Part 2 of our Hot Springs Arkansas adventure! We explore the mysterious Hot Springs Army/Navy Hospital. This facility sits atop a small hill overlooking boathouse row and most of Hot Springs. Built in 1933 and closed in 1960, it also served as a state run rehab facility in recent years. We met this security guard who gave us a “tell all” on what really happens here. Many cards encounter strange apparitions, see doors opening and closing, and orbs to name a few. Some experiences actually even caught on video! We do some nice architectural photography of this iconic place as well on the Leica M11 and 35mm Steel Rim Summilux.
I am documenting the decay on a black and white medium the fade of iconic American roadside sights, mixed in with the landscape and portrait shots of the people we meet along the way. This project was inspired by a combination of inspiration from the photography greats in street photography, landscape photography, new topographic photography, and portrait photography. This photographic project isn’t limited to a genre, disciple, or discipline, but rather being able to adapt the variability of life as it comes your way.
I shoot with Leica cameras and many Leica and Voightlander lenses. I am a big fan of vintage lenses and the lens designer Walter Mandler. My everyday carry is the Leica 35mm Summilux Steel Rim reissue. More on Leica photo equipment in practical use in coming episodes.
Photo gear used in this video: Leica M11, Leica 35mm Steel Rim Summilux, Leica 90mm Thambar, Ricoh GRIIIx
Video gear used in this video: Panasonic S5IIx, Insta 360 1 inch, GoPro hero 11, DJI Mini 3 pro drone.

Hey Gary. Just getting caught up on your videos. I've loved every one, but as a paranormal junkie, this one really hit the spot. Thoroughly enjoyed it. And, as always, the photography is on point.

Furthermore, I would absolutely 100% love if you would like to join me when that time comes and I’ll go up there inside that building is going to happen eventually but there ain’t no ghost in that building. Absolutely no ghost. I have no problem falling asleep in that building. The only problem with that building is the fact that there’s a ton of mold it was extremely unhealthy and people are becoming severely sick because of how badly the building was falling apart. That’s the real problem with the building on top of several other incredible issues that I can bring up, and I have all the physical proof in the world to prove it. So the World War II Army Navy hospital should pretty much remain closed because it’s tied to a massive government conspiracy and government experimenting on people with disabilities and I can prove that to 100% be true Plus, the way the state of Arkansas government attacked my family and victimized my family using the Arkansas sovereignty law, which is actually the Arkansas state sovereignty commission and the amendment to the Arkansas constitution of 1874. They say she shall never be made at offended any of her courtrooms whatsoever, and all of the incredible history tied to it they use those godforsaken evil state right laws to murder my mom. That’s 100% factual which I can prove as well so that building is 100% tied to a murder perpetrated by the state of Arkansas and our elected officials. That’s a fact.

I never saw anything like what he’s describing in that school not once and I walk those halls at night many many times high security guard is lying I will absolutely 100% go up there and walk all over that building matter fact I plan on doing so in the future for my documentary and my story as a civil rights leader since that’s exactly where my story got started at and trust me I’m not gonna run out of that building screaming not one damn bit I have been in parts of that building. No one has been in because I was personally escorted there so this man full of crap.

Mind you, this is a states rights law. Where did states rights laws come from? The Democratic-Republican Party, who had all the wealth, and power back during 1775. And the individuals that referred to themselves as white aristocratic southern plantation owners who were those individual, their family members, the Democratic- Republican Party founded by Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and James Monroe. This was the primary main objective, to elevate states rights versus federal rights, stripping the common citizen of the federal Constitutional Rights, and elevating the power of states rights over federal rights. The Jim Crow Laws began to be passed in various states in the United States, especially in the South, beginning from 1870 to 1878, with Arkansas introducing these laws in 1873, with roughly a year later Arkansas introducing the Amendment to its State Constitution of 1874 saying the state “shall never be made a defendant in any of her court rooms.” The point of the Jim Crow Laws, and the Amendment to the Arkansas Constitution of 1874 saying the state “shall never be made a defendant in any of her court rooms.”, was created to protect the Jim Crow Laws. Until a man by the name of Rev. Oliver Brown from Topeka, Kansas sued the Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas in 1951, and the decision was in 1954 which led to desegregation. Arkansas responded by creating the Arkansas Claims Commission in 1955, and with it the the passing of the Arkansas Sovereignty Law. Which now leads us to Arkansas, February 1957, to foundation of The Arkansas State Sovereignty Commission (ASSC), and the very law that replaced the Jim Crow Laws. The Arkansas sovereignty Law. That law was created to actually prevent the Central Nine Students of Little Rock, Arkansas from being able to go to school, which resulted the Little Rock Crisis of September 4, 1957. The Central Nine Students, were the first true victims of the Arkansas Sovereignty Law, and The real reason why Arkansas was chosen for desegregation dealing with the Amendment to the Arkansas Constitution of 1874, referencing the state of Arkansas “shall not be made a defendant in any of her courtrooms“. The Jim Crow laws were completely taken down from the books, the same year that Malcolm X was assassinated in February 1965. And in February 1957, is foundation of The Arkansas State Sovereignty Commission (ASSC), and U.S. President Gerald Ford officially recognized “Black” History Month in February 1976 (the United states of America’s bicentennial year, and in February?). Malcolm X assassinated February 21, 1965, the ASSC is founded in February 1957, and February 1976 “Black” History Month, and “Black” History Month was made officially Nationally observed month by February 1986. Are they doing this to celebrate the murder of Malcolm X? Coincidence? And this is why my brother, Brian Ridlon called Black History Month nothing more than a celebration of hatred, cruelty, and racism. And he called it domesticated slavery month in the elevation of what he called the black-and-white world of racism. The singular color racist ideology of hatred, bigotry, and stupidity. Which is nothing more than mental, emotional, and spiritual racism that feeds the physical racism all around us. Three years after Malcolm X was assassinated, Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated in April 4, 1968. These individual laws trace back to states rights versus federal rights, and the Democratic-Republican Party (The Jeffersonian Republican Party). How could this be connected to “Broken Equality: The True Story Of A 67 Year Civil Rights Movement Revealed”, ACTI (Arkansas Career Training Institute) at Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas at the Old World War II Army Navy Hospital, and the students that were victimize. One such student being Mr. Brian Andrew Ridlon. Brian was severely victimized by the State of Arkansas, by the very laws that victimized the Central Nine Students of Little Rock, Arkansas. The Arkansas Sovereignty Law. Brian discovered all of those incredible history that was tied to Broken Equality, ACTI, The Civil Rights Movement for People With Disabilities, Native American Equality / Indigenous American Equality, and how it is tied to Oliver Brown Vs. The Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas of 1954. If it wasn’t for the Democratic-Republican Party in 1775, States rights versus federal rights, there would’ve never been Mr. Reverend Oliver Brown, there would’ve never been Martin Luther King Jr., Poor Peoples Campaign, desegregation, The Central Nine Students of Little Rock, there would’ve never have been the Arkansas Sovereignty Law in response to Mr. Reverend Oliver Brown Vs. The Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas, and there would’ve never had been Broken Equality in 2016 to Current date of 2023. On July 2, 1777 in response to abolitionists’ calls across the colonies to end slavery, Vermont became the first colony to banned it out right. Vermont legislature agreed to abolish slavery entirely, it also moved to provide full voting rights to African-American males. On November 25, 1858, Vermont would again underscore this commitment by ratified a stronger anti-slavery law into its constitution.. In 1776, slavery existed in all of the 13 colonies (though apparently not in Vermont, which was then officially part of New York). WHY Vermont not recognized for never having slavery in the United States of America ? Is it to continue the elevation of what I call the singular color racist ideology of the black-and-white world of racism? to continue to divide and conquer, gods greatest gift humanity, based upon the color of their complexion my countryman of the United States of America ? ____________
