It was a walmart built extremely close to the mountain, so a boulder the size of a small car hit the back of the building, officials deemed it unsafe and walmart was forced to close the building. 1992 - 1996. They sued bell mountain village and settled in 2002.

A dealership never took over due to it being deemed unsafe, most likely construction workers and vehicles.

The one from 1999 was when it was still okay, 3 years after abandonment.

Fun fact: Walmart filled a lawsuit against Dickson City and the developer for years because of the rock damage, property and relocation costs.
