Track is an old connector to the Bel-Del RR. It was the Lehigh Valley & Jersey Central

Its cool how they saved this little short section here kinda preserved by the fence.I like this spot.IMO probably the coolest spot in town other than some bridges.

I own the Mt. Ida rock cut on the Easton side of the tracks. Feel free to venture up there and get a million dollar view of the city.

@@577buttfan unfortunately no. However on the track side there is a mysterious dug/blown out hole in the rock. Not sure what it was for but it has been a homeless shelter now for many years.

@@chrispoplawski 10-4 brother cuz I know there's a mine up there behind the golf course above 611 I just haven't figured out. Had to get back in there yet. The only way seems through the gated community it's locked by private property

Fine foray into the fall foliage. Camera is stable, footing is not. Love this time of year, but the woods are silent, as the song birds have migrated. Have to settle for the melodies of the mind. 😑🦗
