I thought about this place recently. I always went here when i was young. I miss the rain machine and the waves. The slides were great and it had a good pool. The new one is not at all the same. I miss this place

this place and just play by kiddie harriers are both childhood legends for me. they still haven't done anything with the glades land yet and just play im not too sure about. sometimes called the kidz barn, ive not been able to sleep having this on my mind

Wow, it looks and sounds completely different empty. So many Saturdays and Sundays spent down there with the family as a kid in the 90s. I remember the first time I tried to go on one of those slides, I was underage. Went up with Mom and the attendant asked how old I was. I didn't lie so she told I me I couldn't go down and I'd have to wait a bit longer. My mom gave me a bit of an ear bashing for making her walk up the stairs on the way down lol.

Why would this be abandoned? I read bits of the comments on something about counsel and some agenda, and maybe more places like it closing... what gives?? This is so sad. I was thinking of an idea! If you are willing to fly a drone or sneak into an abandoned TV set called Splatalot. You probably would get tons of views because of it being popular. You don’t have to do it if you don’t want to. I will give you the location if you want to do it! If you pull it up on google earth you can see the set! The location is best if you park at the nearby location.
