Garlic is a common cooking ingredient with numerous health benefits. Examples include managing cholesterol, boosting heart health, supporting the immune system, protecting against the common cold, and more.
Garlic belongs to the genus Allium and has close ties with the onion, rakkyo, which is an onion from Asia, scallion, chive, leek, and shallot. Humans have used it for thousands of years, and it has been popular in ancient Egypt for both culinary purposes and its health and therapeutic benefits.

Antibiotic properties
Garlic contains allicin, which acts as an antibiotic. Garlic releases allicin when a person chops or crushes it.

As per my personal opinion garlic taking early morning is best for health because I am taking 2to4yesalu garlic daily early morning since long back. Now I am 75 years old. Till today my health is very good event hough I have no sugar n bp.

I used to eat garlic why honey. But i'll never eat garlic like that again. Although it was helpful in doing physical work but my anger shoot up several hundred times than normal. Garlic creates severe anger issues. So please don't eat it.

Sir plz don't promote to eat garlic. I'm telling it by my personal experience. It leads to uncontrollable anger issues. During covid i used to work in farm. So for energy boosts I used to eat 4 crushed garlic with honey. But this lead to severe anger issues. After knowing this I stopped using it. Now I don't get that much angry. So it is not recommended to eat garlic.
