Show me a team this season that has not been suffering injuries. Arsenal lost Timber, Partey, Jesus, ESR, Odegaard, White, and more so it's not just Spurs having to use their squad. Be thankful that you don't have midweek football so need to rotate and rest players as well.

Buendia, Mings, Ramsey, Moreno. Villa have missed four starting players since opening game. And two of the missing players for Spurs are self-inflicted because they lacked discipline (the entire Spurs team seemed to lose its collective mind against Chelsea even when they were winning!)

Arsenal Injuries so far this season: White, Zinchenko, Tomiyasu, Partey, Elneny, Odegaard, Martinelli, Jesus, Nketiah, Trossard, Saka. Man United Injuries so far this season: Onana, AWB, Shaw, Varane, Martinez, Casemiro, Mount, Evans, Lindelof, Eriksen, Malacia, Hjoulund, Martial, Anthony, Sancho (team suspension). Chelsea or Liverpool Injuries so far this season: tbh I really cba anymore. Tottenham fans need to stfu about injuries because barring City everyone else has had a lot of injuries this season so it means nothing.

Most of those injuries are to fringe starters like Partey, Elneny, Tomi and then the rest have been short term injuries. If saka, Saliba or rice got a injury to the length of VDV or Maddison you would lose your minds with the “we didn’t win cause of injuries”. Spurs fans bring up the injuries cause fans like you that don’t know the sport just say spurs being spursy. They lost a lot of key players and currently the past two games have controlled the game but just don’t have the depth or subs to sub off tired legs.

Arsenal spent half a billion on a much stronger squad. They also don’t have the likes of Emerson, Davies, Dier and Skipp to come in. The drop off in quality is incomparable.

To be fair, City are missing De Bruyne for several months now. At some point they were also missing Silva and Foden at the same time, along with KDB. Regarding Partey, he's essential player for Arsenal and could easily start every game together with Rice, if he wasn't injured. He's more than just a fringe starter. Not to mention the options that the team would have, if Timber was available.

I don't actually disagree with her. If it wasn't for the missing players, I believe they would maybe avoid all of those 3 losses. However, you should adapt your style of play to the circumstances. Newcastle, for example, have so many injured players (+ Tonali suspended) that they currently even can't pick up starting eleven without at least one youngster in it. They were shambolic against Bournemouth, but trashed Chelsea and almost won in Paris (robbed by the referee in my opinion, although PSG created many clear chances after Barcola came in). Practically Newcastle currently have more missing players than Spurs (and play more games than them), but manage to get better results. Yes they played ugly against PSG, but sometimes that's what you should do, when you have so many problems with your squad.

Ange's football causes more injuries. High energy, fast-paced, lots of sprints forward, lots of tracking back, it also causes other teams to rely on a more physical approach to dispossess you as well. We've seen tons of injuries this season, due to a busy schedule, high-octane football from some managers are causing more injuries to their players. Arsenal had the same issue last season, Newcastle and Spurs are seeing it this season.

It's called tactical flexibility darling. if you had a scooby about football you'd know you have to adapt to your situation. you're not 2010 barca where you're so good everyone adapts to you. First it was Sophie Rose who was salty as hell when Leicester won the FA Cup against Chelsea in 2021. And now Abbi being completely rattled by some correct criticism of Tottenham's game management skills. Neutral here with no English team. If you have a strong side when everyone's fit but horrible depth, is it wise to be playing 100mph, ultra aggressive football every minute of every game? It massively increases the risk of injury and even the ones who avoid injuries will be puffing out their arse by January.

0:18 in the 2020/21 season when Liverpool had all those injuries in the COVID affected season with zero pre-season and short turn around time from the previous season, nobody gave any sympathy to Liverpool and told Jurgen Klopp and the depleted Liverpool team to get on with it. So I have no sympathy for Tottenham at all. Especially how obnoxious their fans were at the start of the season. And Arsenal have injuries as well. Jurrien Timber is out, Thomas Partey is out, Gabriel Jesus is out, Emile Smith Rowe is out, there were spells were Gabriel Martinelli was out as well. Newcastle has tonnes of injuries, so does Chelsea and even Liverpool had to deal with injuries and suspensions and Manchester United cant catch a break with injuries.

Not a spurs fan at all but she’s right. They lost probably the 3 players most key to their system and yes, other team have injuries of course but there were no expectations on them this season. A brand new manager, a new system etc etc. of course there will be blips. Arteta was given leeway, Howe was given leeway, poch is given leeway. Anyone who knew ange from his days at Celtic knew that spurs would win a bunch of games but also lose a bunch because of the style they play but you’d be entertained regardless. I watch spurs a lot cause my best friend’s husband is a fan and we all go watch games together on the weekend and last year was soooo boring. This year, at least it’s entertaining from a neutral’s perspective.

This season you mean? What leeway have Arteta, Howe & Poch been given? Arteta is being criticised of destroying the Squad & not looking fluid in attack when they are Missing Partey who has been the pivot on which they build their attacks also missing Timber, ESR, Jesus returned last game, White, Odegaard returned for the Brentford game, even though he is Top of the table. Howe has been criticised by most mainstream media as he can't take Newcastle any further than this & must be sacked for a more experienced Top level Manager, when he was Missing Isak, Wilson, Almiron, Murphy, Burn, Cher, Wilock even though they are just 5 points off top 4 & 7 points of top. Poch has been given leeway because he has just started his term at Chelsea but 30%-40% Chelsea fans are calling for him to be sacked. Meanwhile the media are still praising Postecoglu & calling Spurs "Brave" after losing 3 in a Row & playing naively open football after losing Madison & Van de Ven & losing Bissuoma, Romero & Udogie to suspension (Their own Fault). The Hypocrisy is unbelievable!!
