i do like vegan food, but that’s just weird 😅 just had a vegan dinner: quinoa, some salad greens, falafel, red cabbage and a lemon tahini dressing 😋 that is good vegan food!

Let’s be fair… you did not have faith on this recipe since the beginning therefore it did not impress you. Honestly she has awesome suggestions that you don’t need to care for the “vegan aspect” she is just the healthiest and tasty cook. Check what she does with left over rice. She mixes with kale and makes a sort of “veggie straw” that I’m sure your finest yacht peeps will very much appreciate at cocktail time and much more. I hate fake bacon too. But we have to just leave them alone in those beliefs that some good chunk of the younger generations are in to fake bacon BS.
