I like this storyline a lot. Usually therapy is brushed over or even swept under the rug. This is great!

I am happy they are showing this side of pain of being abandoned all reunions are not happy sometimes you have to reopen old wounds to realize you were infected, then clean yourself out and heal

Is any of you go through this in real life. I know how this feels and this when I say love is not a real thing. It always ends very bad.

Camilla plays vulnerable better than a lot of people can. You can feel her pain and she's so underrated. Amazing portrayal of therapy, which so many shows gloss over. The therapist is pretty epic too!

The doctor’s statement is going to help so many people to open their mind...I like how she reminded Jo about the love surrounding her. Sometimes we focus so much on negativity and forgot the other great things we have. Lots of love and May God bless everyone... 💕💕

I'm so proud of Jo! She's been through SO MUCH. And after almost crumbling entirely here she is, fighting to get back on her feet. Also, thank you writing team, for portraying therapy in a positive light! It's important to remind that there ARE people who CAN help in times of struggling. (And that it's okay to need help.) :)

Grey's always gets overlooked for that. Ellen Pompeo has had so many great storylines. The whole Derek leaving story arc. Being attacked, overcoming that. I'm hoping she gets an Emmy before this show ever comes to an end.

Society tells us women are nurturing, naturally good mothers who have a bottomless bit of love for their child.. but too many of us know differently. Thank you Grey's for showing our broken worlds. For showing us you can absolutely choose your own family and there is no a ball and chain holding us to that toxic person.

This scene summarises what I try to explain to people. From being conceived to the first 7 years of your life, every single thing makes an impact on you..whether u remember it or not. Every single event creates your belief system and who you are...

Such a powerful moment. It's hard to look inside yourself and realize your vulnerability. But being vulnerable I'd how we heal and let the right kind of love in. Dealing with a lot of depression myself right now. It helps to know other people get it.

It was nice they showed a character actually sticking with therapy and it helping, when they were in a serious place.... They tried with Owen but from what I could tell, he never stook it out; he'd go fix the imminent threat and then drop out again AND they definitely need to work with him, on his general life, away from his ptsd because he is crap in relationships; then again 90% of Grey's men are and everyone just falls for it. Ben, Link (so far we'll have to see after the impending baby fall out) and maybe Mark/Alex (both kind cut from the same cloth and needed a significant amount of time to grow up) are the only genuinely good men, who everyone should seriously be falling for.

I felt it for Jo. All she wanted was to find out what happened and to show her mom that she turned out ok and has all these great accomplishments she; as a mom, could and would be proud of. And yet, she gets yet another bomb thrown on her. However.....is it bad though that I also kinda felt it her mom too? The situation COULD have been handled better....but Some people are just better equipped to handle certain things that happened in their life. It was 10000% clear that Jo's mom was not. I mean....it takes a very strong willed woman to be able to take care of a child and raise them with love knowing they were conceived due to a horrific ordeal like the one she went through. She was severely traumatized and just did what she felt was the right thing. Granted if she knew all Jo had to go through growing up, I bet she would feel like total shit...but I doubt she would have done anything different.
