@@frankjaeger8552 Are you serious? Without his intervention, those girls would've remained incarcerated in that horror house until who knows when. He broke them out of a dangerous situation, possibly endangering himself in the process, and kept the girls safe until authorities could arrive and rescue the others. As a mother, I would've given him everything I have for rescuing my child. He may not have accepted the reward, but he certainly deserves it.

Michele Knight suffered the most. This was amazing to watch when it happened but all the interviews later you found out how Castro favored the others over her. Michele Knight was disregarded by her family, sexually abused and forgotten. She was the first victim, got pregnant 5 times and he beat her til she miscarried. She had a son before she was kidnapped that her mothers drunk boyfriend injured and got taken away from her. When they were rescued, the news leaves her til last and just mentions her name briefly and praise Amanda. All these girls endured hell but Michelle took the brunt of it all because he knew noone cared about her. She endured the worst of it all. THankfully she has been able to move on and get happily married and is still fighting to get her son back. I doubt that will ever happen but I hope she will at least be able to one day have a relationship with the son that on the day of her kidnapping she was pursuing to bring home.

@d R Because her mother and the police assumed that Michelle had just run off and abandoned her little boy, he was adopted by a family. When she was freed, the family didn't want her to have any contact with her now teenaged son as they thought it'd be too upsetting for him. Although she was given the option to annul the adoption, as it been done without her permission, she was courageous and caring enough to decide not to involve him in all the horror and publicity and to wait until he had grown up. Such a wonderful mother!

I am sending my sincerest gratitude to the man who answered and responded to help the victim crying out as he was passing by. I couldn't find my 19 yr old daughter missing since March 22nd 2014 until the day before mother's day 2022. Fortunately I found her safe and thriving in college. I'd been thru hell for all these years finally I posted a plea that must've been read by the right person. I am still having emotionally cryptical bouts of depression but patience is what I believe may fill in my questions . Yet to see or speak to her ... No one to support my heartache. So if John Walsh has a place I can call for help with answers if truly appreciate the referral. Please know that Prayers are miracles and these women deserve all the respect and privacy in THIER freedom. God bless all of them. May you all find true recovery and become true heroes ... Because you are strong . You never know how strong you are untill strong is the only choice you have. You are the new Beautiful ...,STRONG WOMEN and a child God shall protect and I believe your all going to be touching lives and hearts for your survival is not small stuff....it is to be celebrated. GOD BLESS AND TAKE CARE. CUDOS TO ALL WHO HELPED IN THIS RESCUE AND CAPTURE OF THE PREDITORS CAPTORS.

"Turn the other cheek" does NOT mean turn a blind eye. In fact, the reason Jesus said "turn the other cheek" was because at the time, if you were a slave, your master would backhand you because the palms of his hands were only for his equals, shaking hands for example, caressing the faces of his wife and children, so if your master backhanded you, and you turned the other cheek, you were telling him "if you're going to hit me, you'll hit me as your equal". Its a very powerful statement without words. A silent rebellion, if you would.

But you didn't walk - you stopped and talked to her and when you realized what was happening you jumped into action. Thanks to YOU, three women and one child are alive and free and will be able to get on with their lives. You put yourself in danger - one of those men could have come home at any minute and found you trying to break down the door. Its hard to fathom ... how do you keep 3 girls locked up in one house with a child for TEN years ? No, we're not talking about 6 months ... we're not talking about 2 years at most .. no, it was 10 goddamn years !! Those men are bastards that should be given the death penalty !! Those girls are true fighters and for that, I bless them. God bless Charles Ramsey and God bless Amanda, Michelle & Gina !

My heart breaks for Michelle Knight. All 3 of them actually but Amanda and Gina had family that loved them and never stopped looking for them. Unfortunately, Michelle had an abusive horrific life with her family before she was abducted. Poor Michelle lost her son because of this and her evil family abused that baby too. Michelle might be small but she’s a brave tower in strength. I hope now 13 years later these women are all safe and happy. It’s so sad that Amanda’s mom passed after that fraud Sylvia Brown told her her daughter was dead. Just devastating. 🙏🏼
