Aunty Your slang is beautiful and cutie to hear a English vocabularys in between.... I tried your Briyani recipe it's so good taste different from my regular cooking. Aunty my request is that could you also include some rice recipie versions which can also be eaten alone without any curry.( I like arabic style rice foods) Do also include Muslims festive season recipe like chicken pola etcc..

Medam. ഈ മല്ലിപൊടി. മുളകുപൊടി. മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി. ഗരം മസാല ഇതൊക്കെ സാധാരണ aalkaar പൊടിച്ചു വെക്കാരാണ് പതിവ്. AR PODI. നങ്ങൾക് വാങ്ങാൻ പറ്റില്ല. അതു കൊണ്ട് സാധാരണ പൊടികളുടെ അളവുകൾ പറഞ്ഞു ചെയ്തു കാണിച്ചു തരൂ.അല്ലാതെ സാധാരണകാർക്കു ഉണ്ടാകാൻ പറ്റില്ല. AR masala വാങ്ങാൻ പറ്റില്ല...
