As a long time Live head, 10yrs plus, I know a lot but you always educate me. Something Ive overlooked or assumed I knew. So thanks for that. It was the velocity section this time. Never knew it fades out. And as you said, stops it dominating the song. Clear, concise & fucking useful. Thanks Mr Greedy

Thanks for this series! Great structure and wonderfully calm and concise presentation. For me it's always a nice starting point to revisit some corners of the tool which I have neglected for a while or which I thought I know already enough about.

Very clear explanation. I decided to use the Arpeggiator for an instrument in a song I'm working on a live looping arrangement of. I tinkered with it a lot and had fun, but eventually knew i needed to watch a tutorial to understand its functions and controls. I've watched a handful of videos and this is one of the most clear and thorough. Great job!

All of your videos are on point , easy to understand, and bring up very fundamental topics that can be a game changer when the insight is applied to making or editing music. Im always learning something new from your videos. i had no idea i could change the swing strength with the groove pool. i hope to see more videos like this because i dont like reading the manual.

This MIDI pattern record out function doesn't seem to work in Ableton 10 when you have an instrument rack loaded with more than one instance of an instrument. Any suggestions of a workaround here to capture Arp output notes?

Could you explain how to change the rate, bar by bar? When I select a section I want to change 9for instance I want 6 bars in 1/8 and 6 in 1/16), it ends up changing everything instead of what I just selected.
