You seem to be unaware of the h3h3 story, where the lawsuit costed them hundreds of thousands of dollars (even though they won) and about two years of being on the nerve. Ethan gained fucking grey hair and his personality changed significantly, you can see that. You could argue that Felix has much more resources and possibilities to demolish that prick, but you couldn't rely on him making that decision even if he wanted to (and he's not that kind of person). It is much easier for him to gather his fans and fellow KZfaqrs and ask to boycott everything that guy (and all who agree and support him) does. That would mostly be a symbol of outrage though, since it wouldn't ruin those people' lives. Hope you get what I'm saying, and nobody cares anyways, so I won't keep theorising.
