In Barcelona they're drinking absinthe straight out of the bottle, where I'm from some people still say it makes you hallucinate.... P.S.: I spotted the "Grüne Fee" in the background immediately!

I notice some bottles are smoked and others clear. Is it not supposed to be kept from light? Or is this another myth? I'm just discovering absinthe within the last year, and I found this very informative. Thanks for posting it 😀

I don't know if light damages Absinthe. I doubt it though. I've not known spirits to be sensitive to light, but beer and wine are.
