Күн бұрынJoin me as I revive my sourdough, and me a beautiful loaf of incredibly simple bread! 
I am a homemaking, homeschooling mother of 5, if I say it’s easy I really mean it! This bread is beyond simple and so delicious. I don’t make a loaf everyday but I do often make a “daily loaf” and I love it! I hope this make’s sourdough look as easy as it can be! As always, if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments down below and I will try and answer them. 
This is the original recipe:
450 g Bread Flour
350 g Water
50 g starter
10 g salt
1. mix all ingredients well
2. Long ferment 12 hours
3. Dump into a greased loaf pan
4. Rise 2 hours
5. Brush with milk
6. Bake 45 min at 425°

I liked your recipe, nice and simple, being in the tropics sometimes my bread doesn’t come out like it should because of the temperature and all the stretch and folds that have to be done makes it harder to get the dough to behave with the high temperatures. I am going to try this method. Thanks for sharing

We aren’t tropical here, but we might as well be with our heat and humidity in the summer! I hope it works for you.
