I love love your work! What brands of acrylics do you like the best? The Amsterdam professional acrylic colors are so much nicer that the Amsterdam Standard Series, but they are much more affordable~~just like all brands in student grade, ugggh!! Here in Canada, professional brands cost way too much~~example 2oz. tube will be $12.99. I am 66 years old and I'm just learning abstracts and I love it~~it heals the heart. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing talents, so unselfishly for many of us!! Warm greetings from Canada!!

Hello Diane, I use nearly all kind of brands, not the most cheepest ones, because they don´t have enough pigments in it, and I love to work with waterproof inks, because they have a lot of pigments . Yes the best colours are the most expensive ones , I often use to use the cheeper ones in the first layer, and in the last layer I prefer to use the "good" ones. (for example for painting flowers). Sorry for my bad english, best wishes , and thank you, too!!!!

@@SaBiGaTV your English is excellent! Thank you for your response. I did purchase Golden Open, professional brands, some colors are just not right. I like the idea of using both~~~I just need to find the right brand of professional color that look nicer and more natural. Example~~~the yellow is weird in Golden Open. Thank you for your caring and your response~~~you truly do ROCK!!
