That's what I was wondering, too. I'm guessing she used the distress ink that I've seen others use. Or she may have sprayed watered down acrylics on the paper before using it and just didn't show that process.

Thank you! I like to use tissue paper instead of parchment paper and matt gel medium as adhesive

companies who glue posters on billboards often have left-overs 😉
