Love watching your videos I am from a state in the upper Midwest in America. It has been a very cold artic winter. Bentley is such a gorgeous dog love his beautiful face. Wish you could meet my dog Haley she is an English Field Springer Spaniel, an English dog white with liver coloring.

I have a question. Having done amazing trips like this and enjoyed such amazing scenery, does that make these lockdowns tougher to cope with or easier? You've got fantastic footage to look at, even the stuff that doesn't make the final cut. That must be amazing.

Well I was pregnant for this whole trip and feeling horribly sick so unfortunately I watch this amazing trip back and just have memories of feeling really rough. The pregnancy and baby has kept us busy and it’s meant dealing with a whole different level to lock down. However, we started these vlogs mostly to document our own travels (and hopefully inspire others) and we do love watching it back and chatting about all the stuff that happened behind the camera. It’s a lovely way to relive our adventures! I don’t know if that answers your question or just poses more questions 😂 Thanks so much for watching!

Thanks for answering and so fast too! Congratulations on the addition to your family, I've no doubt that helped. However, may I say that throughout this film at no point did the sickness show. Very professional! I love watching things like this because it's something my wife and I were planning to do. Sadly, she fell ill and it's going to be a very long time, if ever, before we can even think about doing this. Now that I've found your channel (and subscribed), I can travel vicariously thanks to lovely people like you!

I'm planning on getting a Grand Cali but I'm worried that the bed is too high up for my Doberman girl. How did Bentley get up (42:50)? Seems like a lot of work to carry her up and down each time.

Hi guys. Great video as always. Any chance you could do one explaining the changes for a European road trip post-Brexit especially with a dog. From what I can tell there a number of changes now regarding bringing in and taking home food (and dog food), the pet passport and the length of time you can travel for. The official information is confusing and inconsistent as always so would be great to get someone else's take on it. Cheers

Vanlife and free travel within the Schengen is over for the British passport holder. As of the 1st Jan 2020 UK citizens will be restricted to 90 in 180 in the EU (Schengen Zone) which means 90 days in then 90 days out then repeat, there is no extensions to the visa for tourism.

Can I ask about uk driving licences. My understanding is that you need a C1 licence for this vehicle due to its weight, is that correct? If so, did you do the C1 test and how did you find it, or do you have a pre 1997 driving licence which includes C1? Thanks.

The problems you had are not a good advert for VW, maybe a pre-production model, however for a Press/Demo not good.
