It should also be mentioned that the killer power to instantly teleport the carried survivor to hook makes pallet stuns (by spamming teleport button during pickup), body blocking, and sabotage useless. Also, remote hooks trigger Grim Embrace instantly if far enough. On the contrary, the Party Totem event reveals if the killer has any hexes or not. If you count 5 totems, no hexes. Otherwise, gotta use trigonometry to locate and cleanse the totems. This event, while fun for a while, has its fair share of problems.

I love how bhvr basically took the idea of hooking survivors instantly from a distance from hackers

The tryx show up when you get 2 charges, each charge is gain by either a gen getting fully repaired or when a first hook for a given survivor happens

as a survivor main I love the event and I have nothing against giving killers strong powers but the remote break ability is just so fucking boring. It makes chases be very stale and boring because killer can do the same every loop - zone after pallet drop and press Q and get a hit lol. I can't understand why did BHVR keep this ability from last year

The fact that you can remote hook into basement is so busted. I've hooked multiple people down there without even entering shack. Had another match where someone sabo'd a hook and the next closest was basement XD

Did Tofu forget about the survivor quiet mode ability? That's their strongest one. And that last game, the survivors were barely touching the gens (they were doing totems). They could have finished the gens 2-3 minutes earlier and gotten 3-4 out. That's good survivors just messing around.

Tofu are you still fiddling with your video settings? I've noticed in some of your more recent videos, things (like survivor portraits, perks and map props) look grainy or overexposed even while on highest settings in youtube.

I think the remote pallet break is similar to having spirit fury or something along those lines. Procs similarly to sf with the cooldown. Yes it can be strong at times, but its not like you have it constantly. I really like ohtufo, but the overwhelmingly survivor sided opinions about everything is a bit annoying at times. News flash brother, you're very, very good at the game. Alot of ish can be "overpowered" in your hands, but that is not the case with most gamers. I think your perspective is slightly askew due to the difference between yourself and the average dbd player. Or....you're simply a survivor main at heart. Killer gets to teleport people to hooks and insta break pallets, survivors get to.....walk a little quieter. Very fair and balanced BHVR made a mode where they're giving a lot of BP to survivors to let the killers kick the shit out of them.

i think you're a little biased as killer main Tofu. i played couple games as killer (im a survivor main) and honestly the quiet mode with perks like lithe, lightweight and head on is just crazy strong. also, the party pallets go stooopid, if you're playing a duo
